And if it's anything like last year, it will be over in the blink of an eye and I'll be trying to fathom 2011.....
Did you all have a magical Christmas and fun NY celebrations? The best present many of us received is RAIN!!! Oh my, such a relief......love that pitter-pattering on the iron roof, the whooshing through the downpipes refilling our tanks......and the green! - overnight our view turned from bare depressing brown to bright and brilliant emerald....a breath-taking sight that provides joy and optimism for a fantastic year.

All alone for the first time in 10 days....waved goodbye to the last of our guests this morning....always a bit sad! We are left with a fridge full of leftovers and three exhausted little girls who suddenly have only each other to play with (excuse me while I go break up another tiff....).
Holy heck....it's really bucketing down now! A glorious noise! Almost tempted to run out in it!
Yep....it's gonna be a good year....a really good year.

So glad that Sunnydale recieved some much needed rain. Just love the photos that you have shared with us. Having kids around certainly makes for a great Xmas morning. Thanks for sharing with us
